Artists Who Teach

North End Gallery has a number of artists who are interested in teaching.  Below is a listing of those artists, the level they teach, the subject(s), and their contact information.

Shelley Wilson – Drawing, Watercolor, and oil (adults, children) taught in her studio in Hollywood, Maryland.

Sarah Houde – teaches kid’s workshops and summer camps, as well as adult workshops at Annmarie gardens.  Class schedule can be viewed on their website at Annmarie Gardens.  April 27th Sarah will teach hand built teapot making in a class called “Mother’s Day Tea Party”.  This class is for kids and adults working together.  Also for six Wednesday evenings, beginning April 2nd, Sarah will teach pottery basics.  This class covers wheel throwing and hand building for beginners and experienced clay students.

Parran Collery – Clay and tile lessons at her studio in Prince Frederick (teens and adults).  Parran can be reached by calling 410.610.0456.

Liz Printz – teaches classes in jewelry design and wearable art, beadwork, leatherwork, sea glass jewelry and polymer clay locally at Annmarie Gardens and at Bead Boutique in Prince Frederick.  Liz also teaches private classes for individuals and small groups in her home in Lusby.  She teaches classes in the DMV area and travel afar to teach workshops for guilds, schools, and organizations.  She can be contacted by email at or by calling 410.495.8210.
