This is a picture of one of Judy’s latest jewelry pieces. These flowers are cut from copper sheets which is fire torched to bring out the rich colors. The pieces are then shaped by hammering, punching, and dappling to create various flower designs. This piece, representing a daffodil, has green pearls and jade set under a curled stamen. The final designs are tumble-polished to soften and smooth the edges and are then sealed to protect the colors.
